1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Our store is operated from the United Kingdom, but we ship internationally.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are listed in GBP (£). For international customers, exchange rates and bank fees may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment is not authorised, if stock is unavailable, or if pricing errors occur.
3. Payment
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payments must be completed before goods are dispatched. If you submit an order via PO and you are a new customer we may require payment before goods are dispatched.
4. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from the UK. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Returns Policy
1. UK Customers (Consumer Rights Act 2015 & Distance Selling Regulations)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. International Customers
International customers also have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred.
3. Faulty Goods
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at orders@fuse-dx.com. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs. We may ask for further information to help ascertain the cause of the issue.
4. Incorrect Goods
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at orders@fuse-dx.com. We will require the incorrect item to be returned but return postage costs will be covered by us.
